Delivery & Returns

All of our items (excluding Coffee & Gift Vouchers) are made fresh on or near the date of delivery, we do our best to deliver the freshest cakes and patisserie to you. 

Due to the nature of the items we deliver, delivery must be made on your chosen delivery date.

If there is no answer at the property upon arrival, we will leave the package in a safe place and inform you of this location, either by phone call, SMS or a delivery slip through your letter box. Once delivery have been made, you assume responsibility for the delivered package.

All deliveries are made through our own delivery service, the charge for this is included in the cost of each item.

Delivery will be made on the date you choose during checkout and is stated on your Order Confirmation.

We deliver on Friday, Saturday and Sunday – orders can be placed from 9am Tuesday for delivery on the following Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Delivery Address
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

Returns Process
We hope that you love our cakes, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied, please return it to us in it’s original packaging within 7 days.

To complete your return, we will require your proof of purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the customer. When you receive your refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable postage service, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once the goods have been received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. 

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Postage and Insurance
You are responsible for returning the items to us in good condition. Please use appropriate packaging and shipping service to ensure that any items are not damaged in transit and are returned in a timely manner.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. We also recommend that you use a secure, traceable means to return your order to us.
